Deleting your account and data

On this page you can ask us to delete your account and personal data. The page is shared by the website and the mobile app.
What is deleted
- Your profile: first and last name, WhatsApp number, language preference.
- Your saved delivery addresses and your cart.
- Your account: sign-in with your email address is closed.
What we keep and why
Tax and commercial law requires us to keep order, invoice and payment records (including receipts) for the legal retention period. They are not used for anything else and are deleted when that period ends.
How to request it
- Sign in with your account's email address: the sign-in code proves the account is yours.
- Send a deletion request with the button below.
- We complete your request within 30 days at the latest and let you know by email.
If you cannot sign in, write to
