2. Data we process

• Identity and contact: email address, first and last name, phone number, optional WhatsApp number.
• Delivery addresses: recipient name, phone, province, district, neighbourhood, street address, postal code.
• Orders and payments: order contents, amounts and the bank receipts you upload. We do not collect card details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, sign-in and activity logs.
• Preferences: site and notification language, theme.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

• Creating your account, sending sign-in codes, taking your order, checking the payment, shipping the goods and keeping you informed about the order — performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• Keeping invoices, accounting and commercial records — legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç).
• Keeping the Platform secure and preventing fraud and abuse — legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).

We do not send marketing emails. If we ever do, we will ask for your separate consent first.

4. Who we share data with

• Courier companies: recipient name, phone and address, for delivery.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: our servers and Cloudflare (content delivery and protection against attacks).
• Resend: sending sign-in codes and order notifications by email.
• WhatsApp (Meta): order notifications, only if you have added your number.
• Our team's internal notification channel (Telegram): new order and receipt alerts may include your contact details for that order.
• Competent public authorities: when required by law.

Some of these providers have servers outside Türkiye. Your data may be transferred abroad to the extent needed to provide these services.

5. How long we keep data

We keep your account details while your account is open. Order, invoice and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and commercial law. Technical logs are kept as long as needed for security and then deleted.

6. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

• to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it;
• to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose;
• to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred;
• to ask for incomplete or wrong data to be corrected, for data to be deleted where the conditions are met, and for these actions to be passed on to those it was shared with;
• to object to a decision against you that results solely from automated analysis;
• to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
