§ 02 — Description

Reliable BMS (Battery Management System) protection and balancing board 16S 20A is designed specifically for assembling and safely operating lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries with a nominal voltage of 48V (51.2V). Comprehensive protection: Continuously monitors the condition of each of the 16 cells, protecting them from overcharging above 3.65V, over-discharging below 2.35V and current overloads. Passive balancing: Automatically equalizes the charge level of the cells when the maximum voltage is reached, extending the service life of the entire battery pack. Common port and thermal control: The symmetrical port (Common Port: B-, C-) significantly simplifies the wiring of the load and charger, and the remote NTC sensor prevents overheating.
