§ 02 — Description

A compact, high-precision ACS712 20 A current sensor module that ensures safety and convenience of measurement in microcontroller projects. Galvanic isolation: The Hall effect allows the high-current power circuit to be fully isolated from the sensitive microcontroller logic. Bidirectional measurement: Capable of measuring direct current of any polarity and alternating current (AC) up to 80 kHz with the same accuracy. Minimal resistance: The internal copper conductor of the chip has a resistance of only 1.2 mΩ, which eliminates voltage drop and significant board heating. Features Sensor chip: ACS712ELCTR-20A-T (Allegro MicroSystems) Measurement range: from -20 A to +20 A (AC and DC current) Sensitivity: 100 mV/A Module power supply: 5.0 V DC (VCC) Output signal: Analog voltage (at 0 A current the output equals VCC / 2 = 2.5 V) Operating principle: Hall effect sensor (galvanic isolation between measuring and power circuits up to 2.1 kV RMS) Power conductor resistance: 1.2 mΩ (minimal energy losses and heating) Indication: LED power indicator on the board Connection: Screw terminal block for the power circuit, 3-pin connector (VCC, OUT, GND) for the microcontroller
