The HJ-1015 copper desoldering braid (solder wick) is an effective consumable for repair, soldering and dismantling of electronic components. The 1.0 mm wide, 1.5 metre long wick is made from fine copper conductors in a special weave and impregnated with a low-melting, Low Residual flux. Thanks to capillary action, the heated braid instantly absorbs excess molten solder from through-hole and planar pads, ensuring a clean and neat assembly.
